What is SwoleDad Apparel?

There are many ways to interpret the word "Swole". Most do so when it comes to fitness and meaning that I have the biggest muscles in the gym. If we build off of that, what kind of dedication and mentality does it truly take to get "Swole"?

Now, apply that to being a father. Fatherhood relies on the understanding that everything you do and every action you take needs to be for the little ones who look up to you. They did not have a choice in who you are, but you do. For the family you love and support no matter what it takes, because you are dedicated to them and their happiness. Fitness is key to making yourself the best version you can be. We, as fathers, have to be healthy so that we can take care of our families as long as we can. Faith is the key to being in a well-rounded relationship with God centered with who you are and who you are for them. These four values, our Core Values, are what set us apart and make us a SwoleDad.
